More Bread

We have baked bread several more times now. It is still AWESOME. Here are some pictures of the process. This time we made enough dough for eight 1 pound loaves.

These pictures show two loaves resting and rising before being baked.

Then right before they go in the oven I make cuts in the top of the bread.

Finally we have the finished bread. Very tasty.

Have you tried putting a tiny bit of butter or oil on the top of the loaf right after it comes out of the oven??? That might be nice. Or it might not be.
